History witnesses no such nation that made its mark without education. Education is not filling of a pail, but fighting of a fire.
True education is not going through a few pages of textbooks
but willingness to fight against bigotry, extremism and ignorance. Enlightenment of soul is the real purpose of whole education system.
Govt Graduate College Kot Addu is committed to achieving highest standard of education. We impart quality education to our students in peaceful educational environment through a dedicated faculty, the best facilities and top notch teaching methods and techniques.
We provide our students an ample chance to gain confidence, broaden their vision and enlighten their minds with the best of knowledge.

History
The journey of this college started in 1974 with its initiation a s a n inter college. Later in 1989 this college was upgraded to a Degree College. In the history of this college a great landmark was achieved by its recognition as a Post Graduate college in 2007.
in 2019 various BS Programs were initiated at this college. In 2020 this college was renamed as Govt. Graduate College Kot Addu.
Today this college serves this region as a well established and renowned institute. Throughout its history the college produced excellent results.
This college has a tradition of turning out history making people; doctors, engineers, administrator s, lawyers, professors, teachers, politicians and journalists.
Quality education and persuit of excellence in curricular and co-curricular activities are the hallmarks of this college. We inculcate high moral values, critical thinking and keen social and civic sense into our students.
